I want to give a huge thanks to the guys over at newsaskew.com for posting up The Nutshack slasher screengrabs. Much props and thanks. We love Kevin Smith over at the Shack.
First up, I would like you all to give a warm welcome to our new storyboard artist, Dave. He replaces the Wingman who just didn’t have what it takes to work for Jesse Hernandez. Nah, he decided to go on a poon trip all over Asia. Either way, Dave is a welcome edition and his skills are sick. As Jesse would say, “That’s what’s up!”
Speaking of Jesse, be sure to give that guy some well wishes. He and his wife are about to welcome another baby to the Hernandez clan this October. I can say many things about Jesse, many of which he would say is not true (just playing bro), but the one thing I can say about the guy is he is a damn good father. He is a dope ass artist, a great voice talent, but the fact that his kids come first to him makes him a man worth respecting. Congrats my friend.
Victor and his wife are also expecting a kid. So many couples, so many babies. Vic would like all of you to suggest what names to give his new baby boy. Please reply to this post and the best names will make it on to the dart board he uses to find a name when the child is born.
Jamar is drawing… That’s pretty much it.
Joy is… what is Joy doing? Oh yeah, she’s editing.
We are working on a secret project right now that is costing us some time. For that, we will be delayed for the next new eps. I know, I know, but trust me, the wait is more than worth it. We are not The Venture Brothers.
Speaking of new episodes, I am hard at work on what I call a labor of love. If any of you are wrestling fans out there, you will really enjoy this.
Also, Slasher aired on Wednesday night. Did any of you catch it? What did you think? What do you guys think of the new season thus far? Please hit us back and we will be sure to respond.
I’m going to throw this out there to the Nutshack community… got ideas for Nutshack episodes? I’ll listen. Let’s see what you guys got. Post an idea and if the team likes it, I’ll write it. We aim to plaese. As the Joker would say, “I’m not crazy. I’m just ahead of the curve”.

i cringed watching an episode of the nutshack. honestly, are there people other than your friends and relatives watching the show?
Honestly, i work on the show and cringe at some our shit too….but to answer your question, besides your mom and my family…..that’s it. Now get back to work, those toilets aren’t going to clean themselves. I mean that in the nicest way!
